JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Client Satisfaction Management:

- Establish and maintain trustful relationships by collaborating across business units and departments to foster trust, commitment, accountability, and results
- Work proactively and collaboratively to ensure and validate that the output back from operational algorithms meets the client business requirements
- Meet with external and internal clients to understand their needs/requirements and educate on product capabilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for Data Quality of all countries, especially if questions arises
- Implements, follows, and enhances data processing standard procedures and processes.
- Responsible for always on database delivery and accommodate client change requests
2. Team Management & Development:

- Develops and promotes a service- and performance-oriented culture within the team.
- Clearly communicates business goals and direction to the teams.
- Drive and role-model an empowered and engaged high performance culture within the team and operations as a whole focused on data supply and quality.
- Ensures professional workload management, monitors workload, and optimizes staff utilization that meet Business/ Client needs
Team Development

- Provide guidance and coaching to your direct reports and teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data specialist, including overseeing daily workload and providing career development opportunities
- Participate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency
3. P&L Management:
Data Processing Efficiency

- Take ownership for analyzing and evaluating business processes leading into actions to streamline processes, to improve operational efficiencies and to identify opportunities for reducing operational costs.
- dentifies and implement efficiencies in the workflow/structure
- Build and use knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities to improve processes either through general improvements or via new technologies
Cost Management

- Responsible for the operation unit budget, monitors key metrics
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: College or Bachelor degree in any majors, business & data related is plus
Qualifications:
-
- Background within the Market Research industry
- Strong understanding of operations processes and KPIs
- Background in Change Management and Transformation

- Leadership - ability to lead and guide diverse team effectively, motivating employee, drive progress, create a positive and productive environment towards business goals.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in operations and a proven track record of managing teams in a matrixed environment.
