ABOUT THE JOB

As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Operations Manager who will execute the company‘s DATA-DRIVEN OPERATIONAL STRATEGY to align with business objectives. As an ideal candidate, your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none, and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Develop, execute & track operational excellence strategy to enhance company productivity and improve service quality.

Financial (10%)

    • Manage, control & optimize projects‘ P&L to achieve the company‘s business objectives.

Customer (20%)

    • Connect, drive, lead functional departments to optimize projects‘ KPI & maximize customer experience.

Learning & Development (30%)

Coordinate with the HR department to:

    • Build & develop the annual training program to improve core employees‘ capabilities.
    • Develop & deliver company culture into daily operations.

Internal Processes (40%)

    • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
    • Analyze current operational processes and performance, research & implement solutions, tools or anything needed for continuous improvement.
    • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.

 

Report to: Managing Director

Promotion: Can be promoted to Operations Director, Managing Director

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

    • Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business.

Knowledge:

    • Advanced Digital Marketing.
    • Business English.
    • Social Media trends.

Skill:

    • Problem solving
    • Leadership
    • Systems thinking
    • Critical thinking

Experience:

Minimum 3 year experience in:

    • Account Manager/Director.
    • Operations Manager.

Mindset / Attitude:

    • Data-driven mindset, finance mindset, entrepreneur, open-minded mindset
