Buzzmetrics is rapidly expanding and we are looking for steady and analytical professionals to help support our growth.

Operations Assistant work closely with Operation Manager to ensure the activities of their department are running efficiently. Their responsibilities often revolve around coordinating with different departments to gather data, maintaining and updating databases, organizing documentation, preparing progress reports, and analyzing basic data as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Internal process - data management (60%) - Daily

  • Compile and gather data for processing and entering into databases
  • Maintaining the Department Database to ensure data integrity and consistent and efficient reporting
  • Manage all incoming data files
  • Update internal operation procedures document as needed

(*) Data will be related but not limited to:

  • Project information: List of project, Project value break by team, by product, by topic
  • Capacity planning data: Logwork data, Workload planning, Structure planning
  • HR data: Staff, KPI
  • Management data: Team PnL

2. Data reporting (30%) - Weekly/ Monthly

  • Conduct basic reports related at the request of Management team and distribute them to relevant departments

3. Assistant (10%) - On request

  • Provide support to Operations manager as and when required
  • Assist other activities such as: HR event...

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Knowledge

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business preferred.
  • Other degrees will also be welcomed based on necessary aptitude and growth potential

Skill

  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Proficiency entering data into databases carefully and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable to unexpected challenges

Personality
