We are looking for one Marketing Executive who will join our team to make the great products to market. 

MISSION

Working with the Vietnam‘s No.#1 Platform of Social Listening, Influencer Analytics and Social Trend Analytics, your mission is to:

  • Elevate YouNet Media‘s brand attractiveness by creating compelling marketing content and managing effective communication channels that resonate with Vietnam‘s top brands.
  • Transform social and market data into actionable insights for the Marketing team, ensuring these insights are effectively integrated into all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Support product development and communication through active participation and the creation of engaging content, ultimately contributing to the success of YouNet Media‘s offerings in the market.   

            

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Marketing (40%)

  • Conduct research & data analysis to inform the creation of in-depth content (industry, market, and trend analysis)
  • Write content, produce basic images, and simple videos for various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Email, PR, etc.)
  • Monitor new trends and update content accordingly

2. Media Channels Operation (40%)

  • Operate online communication channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, Email)
  • Coordinate with partners to execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities (Press Conferences, Sponsorships, Events)
  • Interpret data to assess channel effectiveness and collaborate on developing activity plans

3. Product Marketing (20%)

  • Support for product development and communication activities

Report to: Marketing Manager

Promotion: Senior Marketing Executive

Work Relations:

  • Internal:
    • YNM: Marketing Team, Business Development, Data, Research 
    • Other Business Units: Buzzmetrics, YouNet Group Holdings              
  • External:
    • Client: Marketing Team, Brand Team, Communication Team
    • Partner: Agency, Newspaper

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.

2. Knowledge

  • Business English in Reading & Writing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles
  • Familiarity with various digital media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, Email) and content trends specific to these channels.
  • Knowledge of market research and industry trend analysis
  • Basic knowledge of content creation (copywriting, basic image, and simple video production)

3. Skill

  • Knowledge of basic statistics is must have
  • Strong writing and content editing skills
  • Strong project management/organizational skills
  • Good at communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to produce simple images and videos is a plus

4. Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role (experienced in B2B marketing is a huge plus but not mandatory)

5. Personality

  • Be strong attention to details
  • Positive thinking and can-do attitude

6. Others:

  • Demonstrates critical thinking, creativity, and a strong desire for innovation
