ABOUT THE JOB
Amplifying YouNet’s innovation story across our entire ecosystem. By orchestrating high-impact content, aligning internal stakeholders, and managing strategic media touchpoints, you’ll directly contribute to maintaining our position at the forefront of the industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Content Marketing (40%)
-
- Conduct research & data analysis to inform the creation of in-depth content (industry, market, and trend analysis)
- Write content, produce basic images, and simple videos for various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Email, PR, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain brand consistency across media channels.
2. Media Channels Operation (40%)

- Operate online communication channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, Email)
- Coordinate with partners to execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities (Press Conferences, Sponsorships, Events)
- Interpret data to assess channel effectiveness and collaborate on developing activity plans.
- Support line manager in internal and external relations development (with press, trade organizations, industry experts)
3. Administration (20%)

- Support in agency management, performance reports, and paperwork activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Knowledge:
-
- Bachelor‘s degree in marketing, communications, economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Business English in Reading & Writing.
- Understanding of brand marketing principles.
- Familiarity with various digital media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, Email) and content trends specific to these channels.
- Existing knowledge on social listening and/or influencer marketing.
- Basic knowledge of content creation (copywriting, basic image, and simple video production)
- Prior experience working in agency environment is a plus.
Skill: Knowledge of basic statistics is must have

- Ability to produce simple images and videos
Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role (experienced in B2B marketing is a huge plus but not mandatory)
