We have proven our solution by being used by many top local and MNC brands in the market.   With the mission of becoming the leading ECI company in the region, we are looking for a Managing Director to manage the next growth of the business for long-term growth in the Vietnamese and SEA markets. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Manage collaboration of tech/product team in YouNet Group with internal departments in YouNet ECI : Marketing Department, Sales/BD Department, and Research Department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and lead commercial and innovation plans to provide the most updated, insight values to brands
  • Develop and manage regional expansion
  • Manage and be responsible for the whole overall company  performance including P&L and strategic roadmap

Report to: Group CEO
Promotion: Can be promoted to VP, Head of E-commerce Services, Group CBO, Group CEO 

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• • Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

Knowledge

• • Experience in Market Research and/or  E-commerce operations. 

Skill

• • Business Planning: Critical & strategic thinking, analytical skills
  • Financial skill: planning & making decisions based on financial analytics
  • Consultant & Convincing: E-com & retail knowledge. Client consulting in E-commerce & retail expertise
  • Proven leadership skills, people management & development
  • Collaboration: building team spirit; collaborating with other teams, departments & companies in YouNet Group for goal achievement
  • English skill: Be good at all skills.

Experience

• • At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Development Director or equivalent
  • Proven management skill 
  • Proven leadership skills.

Personality

• • Being dynamic, ambitious, proactive, and hungry for sales. Having financial mindset
  • Quick adapt, open, and flexible for changes
