We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supplier Management (70%) 

• • • Source and propose Suppliers and Influencers that match strategic and criteria of the projects 
    • Monitor and collaborate with Account to execute the campaigns to ensure outcomes meet required quality and are delivered on time within scope.
    • Build, develop and maintain good relationships with Suppliers/Influencers to improve long-term collaboration efficiency and optimize costs for the company
    • Responsible for working and negotiating with KOLs in terms of costs, contracts, payments,...for each project and long-term contracts

2. Internal & Paperwork Management (20%) 

• • • Coordinate with sale admin team to proceed and handle papework, payment for Influencers/ Supplier and related issues
    • Conduct reports related at the request of Operations Manager
    • Responsible for controlling and tracking cash out flow related to Influencer/Supplier to optimize project costs and maximize profits for the company

3. Planning Coordinate (10%)

• • • Work and coordinate with the Planning team to build strategies, influencers model and execution plans for the project proposal

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge & Education:

• • • Major in Purchasing, Import-Export, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields
    • Prefer candidates with at least 1 year experience in sourcing

2. Skill:

• • • Experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Entertainment company is a plus.
    • Good at communication and negotiation skills.
    • Have the ability on project management, organization and time management.
    • Can-do attitude, responsible and able to work multitask and under pressure.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive; as well as the capacity to efficiently learn about new technology.
    • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

3. Experience:

• • • Diploma/Degree in relevant scope of work.
    • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience.

4. Personality:

• • • Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented.
    • Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
    • Capable of learning new technologies and optimizing working processes to meet projects‘ needs.
    • Have ownership mindset - never say never attitude.
