We are looking for a Head of Business Development with a mission to develop growth drivers and then implement, transfer, support, and track. The role will be to support the CEO in achieving the goal of being a Pioneering and Leading Social Media Research and Intelligence Company in the world.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Implement growth drivers that the CEO and Head of Finance define
2. Find new growth drivers based on advantage, foundation of YouNet Group
3. Help CEO for M&A (as a growth driver)
4. Acting and managing assigned business lines when needed
5. Lead assigned cross-company projects in the group related to sales & marketing operations

Promotion: Can be promoted to Regional Head, COO/Deputy CEO, CEO
REQUIREMENT:
1. Strong foundation with Marcom knowledge and experience, especially with Business Development and Consulting.
2. Experienced with using Social Listening in marcom.
3. Experience with E-commerce operations or know-how to use data for e-commerce strategy is a plus.
4. Able to travel 2-4 times/month.
