WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A visionary Group Marcom Director (Innovation & Ecosystem) — a “Minister of External Affairs” who uses Communication as Strategy to shape perception, build influence, expand partnerships, and position Vietnam & YNG at the forefront of Innovation Marketing in Southeast Asia.
This role will lead YouNet Group’s B2B Marketing Communications, elevate brand authority across the region, and build YNG into the SEA Innovation Marketing Hub, connecting philosophy, framework, showcase, and community ecosystems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy & Direction – Communication as Diplomacy

Develop and execute YNG’s B2B Marketing Communications strategy to strengthen brand authority and business expansion across SEA.

Communicate YNG’s core identity: Entrepreneur–Sharing culture, mission, innovation mindset, and management philosophy.

Position YNG as the SEA Innovation Marketing Hub through:

Social Media Research Innovation

E-commerce Market Research Innovation

Social–Link–Ecom integration frameworks

New Indexes: Social Brand Health Index (SBHI), Influencer Index, E-commerce Conversion Index, etc.

Regional Workshops, Conferences & Industry Programs

Lead communications for the TQMC (The Qualified Marcom) Lab – YNG’s R&D and methodology engine for measurable marketing.

Translate YNG’s philosophy, frameworks, and technology advantages into compelling narratives for clients, partners, investors, and SEA markets.

Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency across YNG-owned indexes (BSI, YMI, ECI, and new indices).

Act as YNG’s brand diplomat, embodying creativity, pioneering spirit, authenticity, and humanity while representing YNG’s 5 core values.

The Marcom Director operates with a Communication as Diplomacy mindset — leveraging philosophy, frameworks, and strategic storytelling to elevate Vietnam’s position, strengthen alliances, and expand YNG’s influence across the SEA marketing ecosystem.

Drive programs that raise Vietnam’s presence in global marketing research and digital commerce innovation.
3. Governance & Support for Member Companies

Serve as Marcom Governance Head for the YNG ecosystem:

Establish communication standards

Align brand identity across all companies

Maintain consistency and compliance
-
Support member companies with brand positioning, campaign messaging, and communication alignment when needed.
4. Employer Branding

Develop and support YNG’s Employer Branding strategy at both group and company levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B Marketing Communications, ideally within an agency, technology, consulting, or group-level environment.
- Proven ability to articulate and communicate philosophy, frameworks, and methodology to high-level audiences (clients, partners, investors).
- Experience in ecosystem building, industry advocacy, or thought-leadership.
- Strong background in corporate brand building and multi-market B2B communication strategy.
- Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, digital commerce, and the measurement mindset.
- Strong capability in strategic storytelling, innovation communication, content leadership, and event orchestration.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, system thinking, and a pioneering, integrity-driven spirit aligned with YNG’s culture.
