Job description
ABOUT YOUNET GROUP
YouNet Group is the pioneering Data Intelligence Group for Marketing, Communication & Brand Performance, unifying Social, E-commerce, and Martech intelligence to measure real marketing effectiveness.
We are now transforming into The Measure Group — an integrated ecosystem combining Data Intelligence and Agency Impact to deliver measurable outcomes for brands and businesses across Southeast Asia.
Beyond data and creativity, YouNet Group is also pioneering a Trust-based Marcom Philosophy — a regional movement that aims to rebuild authentic connection and measurable trust between brands and consumers in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a Chief Business Officer (CBO) who will work alongside the Group CEO to translate this Trust-based Marcom Philosophy into actionable commercial frameworks, measurable growth strategies, and sustainable business impact for the region.
The CBO is a key executive responsible for driving Group-wide commercial growth, integration, and innovation across the Data and Agency clusters.
This role goes beyond sales leadership — it’s about orchestrating synergy between Data Intelligence and Agency execution, turning measurement and measurable trust into a sustainable competitive advantage for the Group.
The mission of this role is to transform YouNet Group from a collection of strong business units into one integrated, measurable commercial engine — where data powers creativity, and creativity proves business impact.

- Develop and execute partnership, JV, or M&A plans to extend market reach.
- Represent YouNet in regional and international forums to build alliances and reputation.
4. Group-Level Business Operations
-
- Oversee the Group’s consolidated pipeline, forecast, and revenue visibility dashboard.
- Co-own Group P&L targets with the CFO and monitor synergy KPIs between companies.
