ABOUT COMPANY

YouNet Group is the Pioneering Data Intelligence & Marketing Systems Group in Southeast Asia, integrating Social Data, E-commerce Data, AI-driven Intelligence, and Marketing Systems OS into a unified platform for modern enterprises.

We are launching YouNet Marketing Systems (YMS) — a strategic business cluster designed to become:

“The Marketing Systems Partner of Southeast Asia — where Creative × Data × Commerce converge.”

The CEO of YMS will architect the business, lead its regional expansion, and establish it as a dominant Marketing Systems powerhouse across SEA-6.

 

1. ROLE SUMMARY

The CEO of YouNet Marketing Systems (YMS) is the top leader responsible for building, operating, and scaling the entire Marketing Systems vertical of YouNet Group across Vietnam and SEA-5 (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines).

Scope includes:

1. Full P&L Leadership

Overseeing all companies under the YMS ecosystem:

  • Current marketing agencies  in YouNet Group — Creative, Advocacy, Community  Systems
  • SocialTech company owning platforms and services for marketing. 
  • Upcoming entities in Creative & Advocacy Systems in SEA and other marcom related agencies.

2. Sea Expansion & Market Leadership

  • M&A, JV, market entry, partner ecosystem formation, and regional capability building.

3. Building YouNet Marketing Systems OS

  • Establishing a unified YMS architecture:
    service lines, operating model, pricing model, methodology, playbook, and case library.

4. Organization Building

  • Developing a regional leadership ecosystem (MDs, Country Heads, Service Leads) aligned with YNG’s Unit-Based P&L and OS2.0 frameworks.

 

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Strategy & Vision Leadership (20%)

  • Define the vision, mission, and strategic direction of YMS across SEA.
  • Build YMS OS 2.0: service architecture, system design, methodology, and operating layers.
  • Co-develop Marketing Systems OS with Group CEO & Innovation Team.
  • Serve on the YouNet Group Board of Management (BOM).
  • Shape the regional positioning of YMS as “SEA’s Marketing Systems Group.”

B. P&L Leadership & Operational Excellence (40%)

  • Own the full P&L of the Marketing Systems vertical.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with Group CEO, CFO, HRD:
    • Revenue & margin
    • Net profit & cashflow
    • Headcount & overhead
    • P&L of Mango, YNAM, Fanscom
  • Standardize operations across all entities under OS2.0:
    • Delivery excellence
    • Quality assurance
    • Cross-agency synergy (Creative × Advocacy × Community × Social Data)
    • Talent development & mobility

C. SEA-5 Expansion: M&A, JV, Market Entry (20%)

1. M&A/ JV Leadership

Lead the full cycle:

  • Deal sourcing
  • Screening & strategic fit assessment
  • Financial modeling & valuation
  • Product & tech due diligence
  • Negotiation
  • Post-merger integration into YMS OS2.0

2. Markety Entry & Regional Build-out

  • Launch SEA-5 operations via JV (49/51, 51/49) or Greenfield.
  • Recruit and develop Country Heads.
  • Establish BD engines, sale processes, service menus, pricing frameworks, and case libraries.
  • Unify the brand architecture of the entire YMS ecosystem.

D. Service Innovation & Productization (10%)

  • Productize YMS into 5–7 SEA-ready service lines:
    • Data-driven Creative Systems
    • People Media Systems
    • Advocacy & Community Systems
    • Retail Media Creative
    • Content Engine powered by SocialHeat
    • OS-based Campaign Model
  • Co-develop Marketing Systems OS & Measure OS with Founder & Innovation Team.

E. Leadership, People & Culture Development (10%)

  • Build the YMS leadership ecosystem:
    • Managing Directors
    • Country Heads
    • Service Leads
  • Develop Leadership Pipeline (L12–L17).
  • Scale YouNet’s Sharing–Entrepreneur culture across all regional teams.
  • Transform key teams into system-first leaders.

 

3. REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 10–15 years in Creative, Digital, Integrated Marcom, or Consulting.
  • Minimum 5 years as MD/CEO/Regional Lead.
  • Proven experience in:
    • SEA expansion
    • M&A or building 0→1 operations
    • Multi-P&L and multi-agency management
    • Data-driven creative or social-first environments
