ABOUT THE JOB 

Who is able to accelerate YouNet ECI‘s growth in the e-commerce intelligence & consultation sector by proactively identifying and securing new clients, delivering tailored data-driven solutions that address brand challenges, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual success and revenue expansion.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualified Leads Management (40%)                        

    • Convert qualified leads into potential business opportunities
      Identify and engage the appropriate decision-makers and key stakeholders
    • Proactively reach out to prospects to secure briefing and introductory meetings
    • Expected Outcome: Successfully schedule face-to-face meetings with clients for service introduction and business briefings

Deals Negotiation & Closing (30%)

    • Develop the solution packages
    • Present commercial proposals
    • Provide consultative support throughout the sales process to drive deal closing
    • Expected Outcome: Achieve targeted deal closures              

Client Onboarding (20%)

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely client onboarding process
    • Work closely with the Admin team to follow required contract execution and invoicing procedures
    • Partner with the Research team to ensure a smooth project kick-off and first delivery

Sales Pipeline Management (10%)

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tool
    • Continuously monitor and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts      

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Knowledge:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital commerce or a related field. 

Skill: 

    • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
    • Effective negotiation and deal-closing skills; with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Motivated to succeed, with a proactive approach to Business Development.
    • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
    • Fluency in Vietnamese & English.

Experience:

    • Experience in Business Development, preferably in a B2B environment and/or in the market research industry.         

Personality:

    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Results-driven approach with a desire to meet and exceed goals. 
    • Familiarity with CRM tool and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
