ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is able to accelerate YouNet ECI‘s growth in the e-commerce intelligence & consultation sector by proactively identifying and securing new clients, delivering tailored data-driven solutions that address brand challenges, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual success and revenue expansion.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 
- Prospecting and Lead Generation (10%): Proactively identify potential new clients through various channels (external and internal), outreach via different channels, networking events, online research, and referrals. Conduct detailed research to understand prospects‘ needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Qualify leads (10%): Evaluate leads based on their fit with the target market and ECI qualification criteria. Conduct a thorough needs analysis to address potential customers‘ pain points, challenges, and business objectives.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations (15%): Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Highlight the value proposition and unique selling points of ECI services (and/or YouNet Group), addressing client needs and positioning solutions as valuable business investments.
- Relationship Building (15%): Cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Understand client requirements, build trust, and demonstrate the company‘s commitment to delivering exceptional value.
- Negotiation and Closing (15%): Engage in effective negotiation techniques to overcome objections, address pricing concerns, and finalize contracts. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management (10%): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Continuously monitor and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Market and competitive analysis (10%): Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and develop dynamic sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication (15%): Collaborate with various internal teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the overall growth strategy. Communicate effectively with team members and management, sharing ideas, challenges, and successes.
 
Report to: Managing Director
Promotion: Can be promoted to Senior Business Development Manager, then Business Development Director
REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce or a related field.
Skill:
- 
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
- Effective negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Motivated to succeed, with a proactive approach to Business Development.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
 
Experience: Experience in Business Development, preferably in a B2B environment and/or in the market research industry.
Personality:
- 
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Results-driven approach with a desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tool and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
 
Others: Fluency in Vietnamese & English.
