We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Director (open for Manager level) who will lead the agency’s growth initiatives through strategic sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, capable of developing a strong sales pipeline while identifying new market opportunities in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
This role is also an excellent fit for those currently in Business Development, Account Management roles & other position related fields who are looking to evolve into a more strategic and commercially focused position, especially those eager to sharpen their ability to build data-informed proposals, craft compelling pitches, and develop scalable business strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (80%)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company revenue targets (new sales & up sales).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors that align with the agency’s social advocacy mission.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Planning, Account, Social, Creative) to develop customized proposals and pitches.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline by leveraging existing networks and new prospecting strategies.
- Understand clients‘ business challenges and tailor agency services to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term engagement.
MARKETING & COMMERCIAL STRATEGY (20%)
- Deeply understand the agency‘s services, unique value proposition, and impact areas.
- Work closely with the internal team to define go-to-market strategies for new or refined service offerings.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives to expand the client base and increase brand awareness.
- Lead content strategy and thought leadership campaigns that reflect the agency’s values and attract the right clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic director.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experiences & Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of digital agency experience or related field.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to inspire and align teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Vietnamese is a strong plus.
Personality:
- Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills, willing to learn, adapt, and operate in a dynamic and fast-moving working environment.
- Be able to perform under high pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
