RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify new business opportunities via inbound/outbound efforts.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitor landscape.
  • Use content, campaigns, events, and networking to attract qualified leads.

2. Client Engagement & Needs Analysis

  • Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their needs (BANT).
  • Ask relevant questions to uncover pain points, business goals, and digital gaps.
  • Evaluate alignment between client needs and YouNet Social’s offerings.

3. Consultative Selling & Solution Mapping

  • Provide initial consultations on product/solution/service capabilities and strategy.
  • Recommend suitable solutions, modules, features, and workflows tailored to client use cases.
  • Propose value-added digital strategies based on industry benchmarks and trends.

4. Proposal Development

  • Prepare customized, visually appealing, and content-rich proposals or decks.
  • Define scope, deliverables, and outcomes clearly in the documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to ensure feasibility.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal project/delivery teams.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable plans or specifications.
  • Ensure all teams are aligned on timelines, features, and expectations.

6. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage CRM or pipeline tools to track leads, opportunities, and deal status.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Handle objections, negotiate when needed, and close deals confidently.

7. Post-Sale Transition Support

  • Ensure smooth handover to account/project managers.
  • Maintain client relationships during the onboarding and solution implementation phase.
  • Collect feedback and help identify upsell or referral opportunities.

8. Continuous Learning & Reporting

  • Stay updated on SocialTech trends, software advancements, and competitors.
  • Report progress, pipeline health, and performance KPIs to leadership.
  • Recommend improvements to sales strategy, tools, or materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, business analysis, or B2B software sales.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing, business solution consulting, or sales enablement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, presentation tools, reporting, and proposal frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Bonus: Background in social platforms, MarTech solutions/products, CRM, or digital transformation.
