We are looking for a Account Intern.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute to business growth (50%)

  • Assist client partnership team in preparing and organizing sales-related documents and materials (proposal, market intelligence report,...)
  • Help client partnership team to prepare contract and paperwork

2. Enhance client satisfaction (20%)

  • Support client partnership team in following up extra request from clients
  • Handle client satisfaction analysis to review services performance

3. Support operation excellence (30%)

  • Help head of client partnership in tracking and following up on action plan to ensure quality of daily operation
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • Sophomore, undergraduate or Fresher in major of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Ecommerce,...

2. Knowledge:

  • General knowledge about Marketing

3. Skills:

  • Logical thinking and critical thinking
  • Be able to communicate and explain things simply, logically
  • Good time-management and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Be able to cooperate smoothly with internal teams
  • Be able to handle pressure

4. Experience:

  • Internship experience is a plus
